FitPlay Solutions is a corporate gifting and branded merchandise company. We handle the whole chain — design, production, kitting and delivery — so our clients brief one team instead of five.
The short version
Most branded merchandise is forgettable.
A logo gets slapped on the cheapest available object, it arrives late, and it ends up in a drawer. That is the category we work against.
We start from what the person receiving it will actually use — a bag they carry, a bottle they refill, a notebook they finish. Then we work backwards to the branding, the packaging and the budget.
Our catalogue runs to 144 products across six families, and we source outside it when a brief needs something we do not stock. Teams that reorder get a private portal with their own catalogue, live stock and order history.
How we work
Four things we do not compromise on.
Sample before scale
Nothing goes to production until you have held a physical sample and signed it off. It is the cheapest place to catch a problem.
Checked piece by piece
Kits are inspected item by item before they are sealed. A run is only finished when the last box passes.
One team, end to end
Design, print, kitting and dispatch sit under one roof, so there is never a gap between suppliers to fall through.
Materials with a conscience
Bamboo, cotton, recycled paper and vegan leather sit alongside the standard range whenever a brief allows it.
